NANA NHYIRABA KWABENA ASIRIFI COMMENDS PRESIDENT MAHAMA’S KUMASI–ACCRA EXPRESSWAY PROJECT

Nana Nhyiraba Kwabena Asirifi has commended President John Dramani Mahama for the government’s plans to construct the Kumasi–Accra Expressway. According to Nana Nhyiraba Kwabena Asirifi, the government is expected to complete the project before the 2028 general election. He noted that the expressway would significantly reduce travel time between Kumasi and Accra, enabling motorists to make the journey in approximately two hours, compared with the current travel duration. Nana Nhyiraba Kwabena Asirifi described the project as a commendable initiative that would improve transportation, promote economic activity and enhance connectivity between the two major cities. He further expressed optimism that the completion of the expressway would ease congestion and provide a safer and more efficient route for motorists and commuters.
