MICHAEL KPAKPO ALLOTEY, YOU HAVE DISAPPOINTED GREATER ACCRA!” — NHYIRABA KWABENA ASIRIFI CRITICISES FIVE-MONTH DELAY OVER KENESHIE OVERHEAD SAFETY CONCERNS.
Journalist Nhyiraba Kwabena Asirifi has criticised Greater Accra Regional Minister Michael Kpakpo Allotey over what he describes as a prolonged failure to address safety concerns surrounding the Keneshie overhead. According to the journalist, residents and road users have raised complaints for about five months, yet the situation remains unresolved. He described the overhead as a “death trap” and questioned why the authorities have not taken decisive action to protect motorists and pedestrians. Asirifi urged the relevant authorities to treat the concerns as a matter of urgency and take appropriate steps to prevent a possible disaster.
